1. Introduction

Welcome to Golden Sands Co. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Golden Sands Co's Website and services.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Golden Sands Co's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Reservations

All bookings for desert safaris, glamping, and other experiences are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit (where applicable) has been received and acknowledged by Golden Sands Co.

2.2 Pricing

Prices are quoted in SGD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates include specified services and amenities only. Any additional services will be charged separately.

2.3 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking for most experiences. For larger packages or corporate retreats, a deposit may be required, with the balance due 30 days prior to the experience date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

2.4 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the experience date will receive a 90% refund.
• Cancellations made between 15-30 days before will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before are non-refundable.
• No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Golden Sands Co reserves the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather). In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Participant Responsibilities

3.1 Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. Golden Sands Co is not liable for any health issues arising from undisclosed conditions. All participants must follow instructions given by guides and staff for their safety.

3.2 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the desert environment. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the experience without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

Golden Sands Co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services or materials on this site.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
